What can the studio be used for?

Photography shoots- Head shots, Family shoots, Newborns, Boudoir, Styled Shoots, etc! Anything your creative mind wishes!

Small Events- Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Small Corporate Meetings, Private Parties, Elopements, etc. (Max 36 people)

What is the square footage of the building?

1,800 SQFT of space for you to create in! We have a main space, as well as a closed off Boudoir space to give you privacy!

How do I access the space?

We will email a code to you 24 hrs before you appointment time and a text message 1 hr before so you can access the building.

Can I come see the space before booking?

Yes! Please message us and we can meet you there to show you the space!

Are props and backdrops included in the rental fee?

Absolutely! You have access to everything in the studio during your rental time! No need to tell us which set you are wanting to use, you get it all! We do expect them to be taken care of and we ask that everything gets put back where it was found.

Do you have strobes?

We do! We have 1 AD200 Strobe available as well as triggers for Canon, Nikon, and Sony that is included with your rental time with us along with 2 continuous lights available as well with no additional cost!

Can I get in early to set up or stay late to take down?

No. The time you booked is the total time you have the space, so please plan for set up and clean up when picking how many hours you will book.

How many guests for Small Events?

Tables and chairs may be provided for up to 36 people for each small event session upon request.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for the photography studio?

We do not do refunds.

You can reschedule your time slot as many times as needed up to 8hrs in advance.

Will there be someone else there during our studio time?

No, you get the space completely to yourself during your booked time!

Is there music?

Yes! Just say “Hey Google, play(whatever you want to listen to) and boom! You will be rockin’!

Where do we turn on the lights?

As you walk in the door, the light switch is located just to the right.
